EstateWise
For our own useA CRM for our own rentals: buildings, units, people and repairs, connected.
The memory of our rental units in one place: who lives where and who referred whom, every repair, conversation and rent change on a timeline, costs and profit per building, photos of every key. It works offline in a basement and syncs when the phone reconnects. Built by Xanadu, for our own use, not for sale.
