This project was a community collaboration... various groups in the Pittsburgh community came together launch Love PGH Music.
My initial role was to help the Word Press developer, 1Brand, execute the design (provided by Red House) and features we needed to launch http://lovepghmusic.com in time for the month ramping up to the Love PGH Music Month (July).
I assisted with the Word Press theme (CSS, HTML) and configuration, and general project management. I gathered requirements and feedback and managed the backlog of tasks, prioritizing the must-haves for launch.
We had a successful launch with roughly two weeks of development. As a part of launch I assisted with Project Management, Social Media strategy and implementation, Analytics, and Communications.
